Coluzzle® Cutting System

Coluzzle® is a cutting method using templates, cutting mat and special swivel knife to create precise shapes easily! No more tracing and then cutting! Each template has a set of nested grooves to give you a variety of sizes of each shape. We currently offer the following shapes:

  • Circle

  • Square

  • Rectangle

  • Oval

  • Tags

  • File Folder

  • Purse template

  • Hula Alphabet

It an easy system to use. Directions are included when you buy the templates, but here are a few additional tips that may be helpful.

Step 1
Remove the protective coating on both sides of the template prior to use to enjoy the "clear as glass" visibility.

Step 2
Use only the Easy Glide™ Cutting Mat. Position your paper or photo to be cut on the center of the mat. Align the template as desired on photo or paper. 

Step 3
Hold the Guarded™ Swivel Knife on the textured portion of the tip of the handle. Carefully insert the tip of the blade at the beginning of a web. Hold the Guarded™ Swivel Knife straight up and press firmly against the template. Firmly glide the swivel knife along the channel to the next web, letting the blade steer itself. Do not attempt to steer the blade! The blade will swivel as the angle changes. Repeat these steps for each channel.

Step 4
Use scissors to clip remaining webs and a craft knife to cut webs of Coluzzle® Puzzle templates. Be sure to use only the Guarded™ Swivel Knife on the Easy Glide™ Cutting Mat. Repeat, using the next larger channel to cut a mat for your photo (or other piece) if desired.
