Victorian scissors

Sunflower Embossed Card

Note: the elegant embossed background doesn't show up well in the photo, but certainly adds a touch of class!

Directions:

1. Take a standard sized white card. Use the embossing tool and small dots stencil to emboss dots all over the card front.
2. At the top of the card, stamp the sunflower in spring iris ink with a yellow center. Use second generation stamping with the solid fill-in stamp.
3. On a strip of white cardstock stamp "Hello" in spring iris ink. Sponge spring iris ink around the edges. Mount on a piece of spring iris cardstock. Trim with Victorian scissors. Using the small hole punch, punch holes in the curves to create a lacey look.
4. Mount the saying near the bottom of the card and you're done.
