For Baby Card
This card is made using the "Present This" layout idea in the Card Confidence
Program.
Handstamped by Tracy L.
Directions:
1. Stamp baby stamp in black ink. Color in. I like to create a stencil and color stamp
in by sponging in ink (See Quick Coloring with Stencils for
instructions).
2. Sponge blue ink around the edge of the square. Mount on Crystal blue cardstock.
3. Make a standard size card with white cardstock. Lay the small stripe stencil
on top of the card. Use the sponge brayer to pick up some Key Lime ink and then roll it
over the stencil. Repeat to get desired depth of color. Now, rotate the stencil 90 degrees
and repeat to create a plaid pattern. This is so easy to do and I just love this
technique!
4. On the card front place a strip of Key Lime patterned paper horizontally across the
middle (matted with Key Lime and Crystal blue cardstocks). Layer the stamped square on top
in the middle. Add a little bow above. |
