Here's how to make your Purse Card Holder:
Supplies:
Twilight and Cocoa cardstock
Cocoa Designer Ribbon Rounds
Photo Hangers
Pewter My Accents
Directions:
Score
the 8 1/2" x 3 1/4" Twilight cardstock pieces as described in Diagram
1. Using the tip of the scissors, cut a horizontal slit about 1 1/2" long,
about 2" from the top of the center portion, between the folds.

Score
and cut the two 6 1/2" x 3" Twilight cardstocks as described in
Diagram 2.

To
create the lid of the purse, round the 2 front corners of the 4 1/2" x 3
1/4" Cocoa cardstock. Score this piece at 1 ½” and 3 ½” from the
front. Use the corner rounder to round the 2 front corners of the patterned card
piece. Score it at 1 3/8” and 3 3/8” from the front.
Adhere the patterned piece on top of the cardstock.
Adhere the 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" Cocoa cardstock piece to the center
of the purse lid, in the front of the lid with about half of it attached to the
lid.
Attach one photo hanger to the center of the two 6 1/2" x 3" Twilight
cardstock pieces, about 1" from the top edge as shown in photo above.
Adhere the two 6 1/2" x 3" Twilight cardstock pieces to the 8
1/2" x 3 1/4" Twilight cardstock piece with the slit in the front,
creating the purse base, as shown in Diagrams 3 & 4.

Adhere
the purse lid to the back of the purse base, lining up the scored edges with the
slit in the front.
Note:
To embellish my card purse, I added a piece of a card in the From the Heart card
kit to the lid. Then I stamped the flower in the Rustic Flowers (March 2007
Stamp of the Month) to add to the purse lid, and the block from the same stamp
set to the base of the purse front. You can use these stamps or any others that
you have to embellish your purse.
