Do you love the ease of the Level 1 pre-made scrapbook kits but want to scrapbook in different sizes? The layouts can easily be cut down to different sizes.

To make this layout, take a 12x12 pre-made layout and cut it to 9x9 size. Use the scraps to make the border strip on left side.

To create the fake pocket accent, fold over a piece of denim cardstock to create a flap. Sand the whole piece. Add a button on the flap.

I love the hinges that are added at the top of the layout to create a flap that lifts up to hide journaling beneath it. Such an fun idea that is easy to do. Attach one end of the hinges to the flap and the other end to the back of the layout with the brads that are included with the hinges. Now it can open!
