Sunflower Garden Layout (Captivating Corners)
Handstamped by Tracy L.
Directions:
This is a fun layout because the sunflowers are not in your typical sunflower colors!
- Start with a 12x12 piece of Spring Iris cardstock. Layer an 11.5x11.5 piece of Spring
Iris background and texture paper on top.
- On a 5" square of white cardstock, randomly stamp the sunflowers in spring iris
with yellow centers and clover meadow leaves. Use second generation stampings with the
solid fill-in stamps. It's so fast and easy because there is no coloring!
- Cut that square in half diagonally. This makes the two opposing corners. Put a thin
piece of spring iris cardstock along the long diagonal edge. Trim with decorative
scissors. Mount on the page in the top left and bottom right corners.
- Matt 3 photos and add them in the middle. I matted the middle photo with spring iris and
the other two photos in clover meadow for balance. You can add emphasis on the middle
photo by cropping it in a different shape too.
